There’s a gap between what your systems say and what actually happens. We close it.

DPS8020 reconstructs your real process from the data your own systems already generate, and compares it with what the plan says should happen. No months-long consulting engagement. Cloud on EU & Canadian infrastructure, or fully on-premise.

  • Cases pile up and nobody can say exactly where the time goes.
  • Every audit or inspection eats weeks of your best people’s time.
  • The system says one thing. The front line says another.

Before we talk about AI

What actually changes when you can see the real process.

  • Fewer backlogs
  • Fewer repeat inspections
  • Fewer escalation calls
  • More cases closed on time

Your stakeholders don’t care about the lowest bid or the newest dashboard — they care about predictability. What you commit to on Monday should actually happen on Monday. You don’t need 300 metrics; you need to know which 3 problems are costing you 80% of the delay.

How it works

Discover first. Automate last.

Four steps. The same sequence whether the fix ends up being a process change or DPS8020 running it going forward.

1Discover

We map what’s actually happening — from your own systems’ event data, not from the policy manual or the org chart.

2Prioritize the 20% that matters

Find the handful of backlogs actually costing you time and trust — not a 40-item list, just what’s worth fixing first.

3Optimize

Redesign the workflow around the fix that matters most, and prove it works before anyone reconfigures a system.

4Automate last, not first

Only once the fix is proven. That’s when DPS8020 takes it from there.

Most vendors start at step 4. We start by finding out where it’s actually worth it.

Platform

From event data to a decision

Data integration

Your systems, as they are

Ingest directly from the systems you already run — no middleware vendor, no integrator project. Real-time event logs, normalized automatically.

Process discovery

What actually happens vs. what was planned

An automatic process map, no guesswork. See exactly where the timeline stretches and where the backlog forms.

Compliance automation

Evidence built in, not bolted on

Audit trails generated in real time. Your traceability is already documented before anyone asks for it.

No integrators. No consultants. Web-based — your team runs it from day one. Your data is exportable (CSV, Excel, or your own system) at any time; we’re the tool, not the vendor holding your data hostage.

Sovereignty

Your data, in a jurisdiction you choose.

DPS8020 doesn’t claim to host in every country — it’s built on two real, verifiable infrastructure bases, and an on-premise option for everyone else.

Privacy by design

Data minimization from day one

Privacy by Design and data minimization are built in, not added after the fact — regardless of which regional deployment you choose.

Infrastructure

EU & Canadian-owned, no exceptions

Hosted exclusively with European and Canadian infrastructure providers, end to end. No US-owned vendors in the data path, anywhere in the world you deploy from.

On-premise, everywhere

Or never leave your building at all

If neither jurisdiction fits, or you simply can’t take chances with external connectivity, DPS8020 On-Premise runs entirely inside your own facility, in any country.

Why this matters: the US CLOUD Act can reach US-headquartered providers regardless of where their servers sit. DPS8020’s cloud tiers are built exclusively on EU and Canadian infrastructure so that customers in those jurisdictions — and organizations elsewhere who simply want to avoid US-reachable infrastructure — have a real option. For every other jurisdiction, on-premise keeps the question moot entirely.

Also on this website: no trackers · no US-owned infrastructure providers · no IP-based geolocation

Flexible deployment

In the cloud, or never leaving your network at all.

Two ways to run DPS8020, depending on how much risk you’re willing to take with your most sensitive data — and where in the world you are.

DPS8020 Cloud

Ready in days

The fastest path: our managed cloud instance, on EU or Canadian infrastructure, no hardware to procure.

  • No new hardware
  • EU or Canadian infrastructure, your choice
  • Live in days, not months

No customer data sent to third-party LLMs · minimal telemetry · not sure which fits? Let’s talk it through.

Compliance & audit

When they ask for it, you already have it.

Every organization faces documentation pressure from somewhere — a regulator, an insurer, a larger customer, an accreditation body. The specific framework depends on your jurisdiction and industry; the underlying need is the same.

  • Data protection, wherever you are

Records of processing generated automatically. Whether your baseline is GDPR (EU), PIPEDA (Canada), or another regime, the audit trail is the same underlying artifact.

  • Sector-specific frameworks

Depending on your industry, this might include IATF 16949 (automotive), ISO 13485 (medical devices), or local health-information rules. DPS8020 is designed to help generate the underlying evidence — it is not a certification and does not replace your compliance program.

  • ISO 9001 (quality)

Process-change logs and traceability records for organizations working toward quality-management standards.

  • Access & disclosure logging

Every access to a case or record is time-stamped automatically — the audit trail is a by-product of daily operations, not a special project.

Know-how

Designed for Europe and Canada, first. Built for anywhere.

DPS8020 is designed around the data-sovereignty and audit standards of Europe and Canada — two of the strictest regulatory environments anywhere — and is currently piloting with organizations in Spain, Germany, and Canada (Vancouver and Toronto). If you’re elsewhere, this site is where that same platform is available to you.

Pilot program

Now piloting: worldwide

Canada, Spain, and Germany already have dedicated local sites and pilot programs (use the picker above). Everywhere else, ahead of a broader 2027 launch, we’re working with a small number of organizations directly. A pilot includes:

Process map + backlog report

Your actual process reconstructed from event data. Where are the delays? Where does the backlog actually form?

Weeks 1–2

Compliance readiness check

What evidence you already generate against your applicable frameworks, and what gaps to close before the next audit.

Weeks 3–4

Proof-of-concept for your team

Live dashboard, audit-trail export, and integration testing with your actual systems.

Weeks 5–6

Timelines are indicative; every pilot is scoped individually.

Contact

Let’s talk.

Most conversations start with a 30-minute call: you describe your operations and your pain point, we tell you honestly whether DPS8020 fits — and if one of our regional sites (Canada, Spain, Germany) is a better fit, we’ll say so.
